Irawady is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has advised governments, developers, corporates, lenders, and contractors in various sectors of infrastructure projects including Construction, Power, Oil and Gas, Mining and Natural Resources, Water, Transportation, Energy, and Telecommunication. Irawady regularly advises clients on the largest and most complex “first of a kind” project financings in Indonesia.  He also has actively participated in the Investment, Commercial, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financing and Banking Projects, and has gained extensive experience as well as regulatory knowledge in these areas. Irawady acted as legal expert for the Committee for Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery in assisting the Government to implement, supervise, and de-bottleneck more than 200 national strategic infrastructure projects. He also an Indonesian certified PPP specialist and possesses a competency certificate for government goods/services procurement from the Indonesian government. Irawady is also regarded as one of The A List Indonesia Top 100 Lawyers 2024 (Asia Business Law Journal).
