The Litigation Team of AHRP Law Firm, led by Partner Zaka Hadisupani Oemang, along with Senior Associate M. Sakti Hasudungan Tambunan and Associates M. Radhitya Hawari, Adnan, Tariq Hidayat Pangestu, and Marion Mutiara Matauch, has successfully represented PT PLN Indonesia Power in a lawsuit brought before the Jakarta State Administrative Court. The lawsuit was filed by the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation/Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Indonesia (YLBHI) against the Minister of Environment and Forestry (MoEF) as the Defendant and PT PLN Indonesia Power as the Second Intervening Defendant. After an extensive legal process, the Panel of Judges ruled that YLBHI lacked legal standing, resulting in the dismissal of the lawsuit. The decision affirmed that the MoEF’s actions were lawful and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while also validating PT PLN Indonesia Power’s adherence to the MoEF’s directives. AHRP’s strategic and effective legal representation secured a favorable outcome for its client.
