Building Advanced Financial Markets: Bank Indonesia’s Latest Regulation on Money and Foreign Exchange Markets

Bank Indonesia has issued Regulation Number 6 of 2024 on the Money Market and Foreign Exchange Market, with the aim of modernizing and strengthening these markets while maintaining financial system stability. This regulation derived from Law Number 4 of 2023, expanding Bank Indonesia's role in regulating, developing, and overseeing the Money and Foreign Exchange Markets.
