New rules for a new year. On 1 January 2021, the ICC released the new 2021 Arbitration Rules as an effort to provide efficient, flexible, and transparent arbitration services. Their prominent presence pushes the ICC to always keep up with the constantly developing trade activities, especially in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
